Local makeup artist, By Kerri, Lisburn has been awarded first place in the Best Bridal Makeup Artist category at the prestigious 2014 Getting Married in Northern Ireland Reader Awards, sponsored by Belleek Living.
The Lagan Suite of the Hilton Hotel, Belfast was brought to life with a glamorous monochrome scheme this past Saturday, November 8th. The annual gala event was attended by almost 300 wedding industry professionals from across the province, taking their seats to discover if their business had landed a coveted Belleek Living award.
Now marking its ninth year, the Reader Awards, hosted by Getting Married in Northern Ireland bridal magazine, is considered a landmark event in the calendars of the province’s wedding industry experts.
The awards were presented by Getting Married in Northern Ireland’s Editor, Emma Maxwell, whilst Cool FM’s DJ Sonya Mac, was special master of ceremonies. The top three finalists in each category received a beautifully crafted porcelain award from the evening’s main sponsor, Belleek Living.

The Reader Awards take place each year, with readers of the magazine voting over a 12-month period for the businesses, which they felt, offered a top-class professional service.
